While she could have climbed to even greater heights in the field of marketing, she decided to return to a more scientific and earthy side of her personality, embracing something very dear to her heart, the L’OCCITANE en Provence brand’s commitment. This move led her to take up her role as Group Sustainable Development Director in 2018. She is currently defining the Group’s three main priorities – Biodiversity, Climate, and Diversity and Inclusion – and is setting targets for each of them in consultation with the relevant teams.
