珍妮·沃恩
加盟BSR之前，珍妮曾在美慈组织十几年来在这两个领域的管理和咨询作用，以便更好地了解，预防和减少冲突。As the organization’s first Peace & Governance Director in Myanmar and later as the Director of the Peace & Conflict technical advisory team, she launched, built, and implemented programs that aimed to reduce violence, build the preconditions for peace and development, and address critical and emerging threats – from climate change and disruptive technology to poor governance and gender inequality. She has experience in context analysis, stakeholder engagement, mediation and negotiation, project design and implementation, and strategic planning. Jenny has lived and worked in countries including Myanmar, Indonesia, Nepal, Israel/Occupied Palestinian Territories, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Central African Republic, and Cameroon.
李宏玮拥有高级国际研究的约翰霍普金斯大学和学士学位在国际关系中文学硕士来自威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校的心理学。
