雷切尔说is director of sustainability at PAC Packaging Consortium and leads the PAC Food initiative to investigate the causes of food waste, to identify packaging opportunities for innovation and shelf life extension, and to inform and educate the broader community. Rachel joined PAC upon completing a master's degree in environmental studies at York University, and a Graduate Diploma in Business & the Environment from the Schulich School of Business. Today, she continues as a guest speaker and course presenter of the Packaging Sustainability & Optimization course, which focuses on optimizing package designs for efficient recovery and reduction of packaging and food waste. Prior to joining PAC, she worked for a global brand management company with Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods and retail clients and for a boutique consulting firm to develop a design guide for sustainable packaging.
