Jennifer received her Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She has always had an interest in sustainability, and during her time as a Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco she focused her interests to sustainable energy generation from waste sources. Jennifer was initially introduced to biomimetic techniques for sustainability through a project-based class at the University of California, Berkeley, and looks forward to using these tools in all aspects of her life.
