Beverly Adams, Ph.D, is head of Guy Carpenter's Catastrophe Planning and Response consulting business and a visual intelligence specialist. She co-chairs Marsh McLennan's global drone strategy working group.

Previously she worked for the World Bank’s Global Facility for Disaster Risk Reduction (GFDRR) on international risk management projects. Prior to this, she was CEO at eCityRisk, the insurance arm of California-based consultancy ImageCat.

She has Ph.D. and MSc degrees in remote sensing from University College London (UCL), where she also earned a 1st in Geography.
