Since then, Chris has earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Culinary Management from the International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and after graduation Chef Chris overcame the odds and beat out thousands of applicants to be accepted as one of 12 Culinary Apprentices at the prestigious Greenbrier Resort a (5 Star 5 Diamond Resort) working under a globally renowned Certified Master Chef. During his time there he had the privilege of working with 2 other Certified Master Chefs as well as a multitude of Culinary Olympians.

Chef Galarza accepted the Executive Chef position of Chatham University’s Eden Hall campus, the world’s first fully self-sustained university campus, and embarked on constructing one of the country’s first all-electric commercial kitchen and developing the dining service that would win awards and high praises from all who would dine at the campus. In 2019 Chef founded Forward Dining Solutions LLC.
