Bin Lu is a research fellow at the Australian National University. He holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and is undertaking a Ph.D. study in renewable energy. He was previously a senior electrical engineer with a decade of work experience in electrical systems design and providing consulting services to government and industry. His research interests include energy market modelling, renewable energy resource assessment, Geographic Information System application development, electrical system design and power system analysis. Bin Lu was awarded the 2018 Eureka Prize for Environmental Research with Andrew Blakers and Matthew Stocks at the Australian National University 100% Renewable Energy Team.
